DESCRIPTION AND TASKS
In the relationship management (XRM) team we are searching for a dynamic business analist. To realize the strategic goals, the business analist supports the product owner to analyse epics and business features. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, development team and management to optimize processes and help achieve the challenging roadmap.
• Analyze business processes and needs through workshops, interviews, and data analysis
• Translate business requirements into user stories
• Support the development of business cases, perform impact analyses and contribute to a clear roadmap
• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement solutions
• Monitor the progress and success of implemented changes
• Act as a bridge between business and the transformation office (TO) department

Functie
Required experience
• 3-5 years relevant experience in insurance business analysis and process optimization
• Experience with process modelling, business feature mapping and user story writing
• Experience in stakeholder management using stakeholder analysis tools & techniques
