objectives. Within this context, Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays an increasingly important role by
enabling smarter decision-making, process automation, and the development of new business
capabilities.
Job Description
As a Business Transformation Analyst, you support internal business teams throughout their digital
transformation journey. You immerse yourself in their environment, understand their challenges,
and help shape and challenge their vision. With your strategic and innovative mindset, you identify
digital and AI-driven opportunities, connect initiatives across the organization, and inspire teams to
think beyond current limitations.
You act as a bridge between business and IT, translating business needs into concrete actions and
recommendations while ensuring alignment with the organization’s broader digital strategy. You are
autonomous, curious, and reliable, and you thrive in a dynamic environment where every challenge
is different.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze the business context, existing processes, organizational dynamics, and pain points to
establish a strong foundation for transformation initiatives
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture, structure, and challenge business
needs and objectives
• Support business teams in defining a clear and ambitious future-state (TO-BE) vision while
ensuring feasibility and alignment with IT capabilities
• Identify and assess digital opportunities based on market trends, best practices, and internal
expertise
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable input for IT teams and facilitate
effective collaboration between both parties
• Ensure alignment across ongoing initiatives by identifying dependencies, overlaps, and
strategic inconsistencies
• Prepare structured deliverables and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Support business teams in change management and the adoption of new ways of working
• Identify and evaluate relevant AI use cases and contribute to their prioritization based on
business value
Profile
• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Computer
Science, Economics, or Information Systems Management
• Proven experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Digital Consultant, or
similar positions
• Experience in stakeholder management, workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a pragmatic and innovative
approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge,
inspire, and build trust across all organizational levels
• Fluent in English and proficient in at least one national language, with a good understanding
of the other national language
