Our client is looking for a Data Analyst / Semantic Data Consultant to support data-driven initiatives

in close collaboration with business stakeholders, Data & Digital teams, and ICT departments.

The role combines data analysis, semantic modeling (linked data), understanding of data pipelines,

and the coordination of small to medium-sized data projects. You will contribute to improving data

quality, interoperability, and operational insights while supporting the evolution of data-related

processes and solutions.

Responsibilities

Data Project Coordination

• Identify and analyze operational stakeholder needs related to data, reporting, analytics, and

semantic structuring of information

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and planning for small to medium-sized data

initiatives

• Coordinate stakeholders and monitor project progress, timelines, scope, and quality of

deliverables

• Ensure alignment with data governance principles, reusability, and interoperability standards

Data Analysis & Semantic Modeling

• Analyze existing data flows, data sources, transformations, and associated data models

• Design, analyze, and maintain semantic data models using linked data technologies such as

RDF and OWL

• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reliability, performance, and reusability

• Support the optimization and implementation of data pipelines in collaboration with ICT and

Data teams

Reporting & Analytical Deliverables

• Perform data analyses supporting concrete operational use cases

• Develop reports, KPI dashboards, and visualizations tailored to operational users

• Validate analytical outputs and ensure their practical applicability with stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a functional bridge between business teams, Data & Digital departments, and ICT

• Facilitate workshops, requirement clarification sessions, and decision-making processes

• Contribute to the alignment of data initiatives with broader digital and data roadmaps

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing 

• Document analyses, functional decisions, semantic models, and deliverables using

architecture and modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect

• Define and maintain best practices related to data analysis, semantic modeling, and data

pipeline usage

• Ensure knowledge transfer towards internal teams to strengthen autonomy and long-term

maintainability

Profile

Technical Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and data project coordination

• Experience defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination for data

initiatives

• Strong understanding of data pipelines and data flow processes

• Practical experience with linked data technologies and semantic modeling (RDF, OWL)

• Experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across multiple

systems

• Experience developing reports, KPIs, and dashboards for operational users

• Experience with modeling and documentation tools such as SPARX Enterprise Architect

• Familiarity with data architecture, interoperability principles, and reusable data models
