Introductie
Context
Belgian health insurance funds are jointly building a new OpenMut platform for insurability,
membership management, and recoveries. This greenfield initiative will replace legacy
applications with a future-proof platform that maximizes the reuse of existing OpenMut
components, integrations, and architectural building blocks.
The project will be delivered using a Type 3 AI-Native Delivery Model, where Artificial
Intelligence accelerates the entire software development lifecycle—from business analysis
and architecture to development, testing, documentation, and governance. The selected
partner will not only deliver the solution but also coach and enable the internal teams to
independently adopt and continue this AI-native way of working.

Role Overview
Responsible for ensuring the quality, correctness, compliance and reliability of all outputs
generated within the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and enforce validation and quality standards
• Implement testing and verification strategies
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and improve AI-generated outputs

• Strong background in QA, testing, risk or governance
• Experience in regulated environments
• Strong analytical and critical mindset
• Extensive experience in AI-assisted and automated QA and testing
