The domain in which there is an open Engineer position is Finance & Risk Reporting within the

Technology (IT) department.

More specifically, the Engineer will work in the area of Risk Reporting.

The mission will take place in a Scrum team that manages a set of in-house created applications,

mostly written in PL/SQL.

These applications collect, transform and aggregate data from several sources (accounting,

operational data, etc.) and provide various calculations to the business.

Apart from strong PL/SQL skills, knowledge of scripting (Windows/Linux), job scheduling (TWS),

Python and Microsoft Azure are considered strong assets for the mission.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement small to medium-sized features end-to-end using existing frameworks

and solution building blocks.

• Maintain and improve existing systems within your domain.

• Specialize in one technology family used within the domain while continuously learning new

technologies.

• Stay informed about developments within your technical discipline and translate them into

practical improvements within the working environment.

• Apply engineering standards, principles, guidelines and frameworks related to:

o performance

o security

o re-usability

o scalability

o sustainability

o DevSecOps

Technical & Operational Scope

• Independently design and deliver small to medium-sized features with limited complexity.

• Analyze, design, code and test systems within the existing architecture.

• Identify problems within your domain and develop solutions together with team members.

• Identify infrastructure needs.

• Specify availability monitoring and health checks.
