Introductie
In this role, the selected candidate will support four teams operating within long-term
strategic projects.
Organisatie
Each team is led by a project manager working according to the PRINCE2 framework, while
the development teams themselves work in a Scrum-based environment. Some teams also
apply the SAFe framework for quarterly planning.
The client provides both a Product Owner and a Project Manager for each track.
Functie
We are looking for a senior professional who combines strong methodological expertise with
a pragmatic mindset and who can guide both development teams and stakeholders in
consistently applying Agile methodologies while preserving their core values.
This role also requires the ability to navigate organizational complexities and align with
different ways of working across teams and stakeholders.
