We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to define and drive the technical vision

for integration platforms and hybrid cloud environments.

In this role, you will act as a technical leader, bridging business needs and IT solutions. You will guide

engineering teams, define scalable architectures, and ensure alignment between integration

platforms, infrastructure evolution, and enterprise standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and maintain solution architectures for integration platforms and hybrid cloud

environments.

• Lead the modernization of integration solutions and support migration initiatives.

• Act as technical reference for technologies such as IBM MQ, IIB, ACE, REST/SOAP, Java and

ESQL.

• Design scalable hybrid cloud solutions covering infrastructure, security, networking, and

automation.

• Coach and guide engineering teams, ensuring quality and architectural consistency.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, architects, and development teams

throughout delivery.

Required profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Solution Architect or in a similar role.

• Strong experience with enterprise integration architecture.

• Proven knowledge of IBM MQ, IIB, ACE, API integrations and event-driven architectures.

• Experience with hybrid/private cloud environments, Infrastructure-as-Code and

containerization.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence and Git.

• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Practical information:

• Hybrid assignment with minimum 2 days onsite per week.

• Location: Brussels region.

• Initial contract of 6 months with possibility of extension.
