Introductie
We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager ERP Transformation to lead
multiple business and IT projects related to SAP ECC, including the transformation from
the current SAP ECC environment to a new ERP solution.
Organisatie
The role includes preparing and managing the European public procurement process for
selecting the future ERP solution and implementation partner, as well as leading the
complete ERP transformation. In parallel, you will manage other strategic projects and
establish test management in line with the organisation’s standards.
The current landscape includes technologies such as SAP ECC, SAP IS-U, Geode, Windev,
M365 (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate) and SAG.
The future ERP solution has not yet been selected and is currently under evaluation.
Functie
• Lead the transformation from the current SAP ECC environment to a new ERP
solution.
• Define and manage the European public procurement process for selecting the
future ERP solution and implementation partner.
• Manage the ERP transformation project, including migration, transition and
business process standardisation.
• Identify, monitor and support the integration of key user requirements across
multiple strategic projects.
• Monitor project scope, planning, resources, budget, risks and issues.
• Establish comprehensive test management based on the defined testing
methodology.
• Organise change management activities in collaboration with the business and
Change Management team, ensuring appropriate end-user training.
• Support the PMO with project reporting, capacity planning, budget management
and scheduling.
• Establish project governance using tools such as Jira and TOPdesk.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001 and NIS2 throughout the assignment.

Aanbod
Assignment Details
• Full-time assignment.
• Minimum 3 days per week onsite in Brussels.
• Working schedule based on a 40-hour week.
• Working hours are between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday.
• Overtime requires prior approval.
