Introductie
As a Project Leader for IAM, you will lead the delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects,
with a key focus on Third Party Access Management (TPAM). You will ensure seamless collaboration between
internal teams, external consultants, and infrastructure partners, driving efficient execution while maintaining
alignment with security, compliance, and business objectives.
Functie
Strategic Project Leadership
• Initiate and coordinate strategic IAM projects with a primary focus on TPAM.
• Define project scope, planning, and business cases, ensuring alignment with
technology strategy, security policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, PSD2,
NIS2).
• Challenge and refine project objectives to maximize client value, operational
efficiency, and innovation.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and unknowns, proposing mitigation strategies and
solutions.
Domain Expertise & Client-Centric Design
• Leverage deep IAM knowledge (including TPAM, PAM and IGA) to guide project
design and feature development.
• Translate banking and insurance operations, products, and services into technical
and functional IAM solutions that enhance client experience and operational
efficiency.
• Drive client-centric and efficient service offerings, ensuring IAM solutions support
strategic implementation and emerging trends in the financial sector.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Functionally lead and coach project teams to foster autonomy, collaboration, and
high performance.
• Act as a servant leader by removing impediments, facilitating discussions, and
ensuring smooth project execution.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices to build a culture of continuous
improvement.
• Moderate workshops and design sessions, ensuring all stakeholders share a unified
vision.
Project Delivery & Quality Assurance
• Ensure end-to-end project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality
standards.
• Escalate risks to stakeholders when necessary.
Stakeholder Management
• Engage closely with stakeholders, including external parties, management, and other
teams, to align on project goals, expectations, and outcomes.
• Facilitate change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new IAM processes and
tools.
• Provide consolidated reporting to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks,
and proposed solutions.
Process Improvement & Innovation
• Challenge and improve team processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance
efficiency and effectiveness.
• Suggest and facilitate continuous improvements, tracking implementation and
impact.
Functie-eisen
• Proven experience as a Project Leader in IAM, with a strong focus on Third Party
Access Management (TPAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), or Identity
Governance (IGA).
• Deep understanding of banking and insurance operations, products, and services,
with the ability to translate them into technical IAM solutions.
• Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid
approaches).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and
align diverse groups.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong leadership skills (Accountability, Ownership, Mentoring).
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with Agile Project Management.
