Description
• We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Data Engineer tosupport in
implementing Microsoft Fabric, guide our internal team based on best practices, and
transfer knowledge through structured coaching and training. Initially, you will be the
driving force behind the implementation, building the foundation, setting up pipelines,
and demonstrating optimal approaches.

Key Responsibilities
o Support the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Fabric, from foundation to
production-ready solutions.
o Design and build a Medallion Architecture within Fabric, following industry best
practices.
o Develop scalable, reliable data pipelines using Python notebooks and Fabric Data
Engineering tools.
o Integrate Power BI DevOps practices into the data development workflow.
o Provide hands-on coaching, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to
upskill the data team.
o Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and ensure smooth handover for
long-term ownership.
Functie
About You
o Proven experience implementing Microsoft Fabric in production environments.
o Strong track record in building Medallion Architectures, data pipelines, and
Fabric-based data solutions.
o Proficiency in Python, notebooks, and modern data engineering workflows.
o Familiarity with Power BI, DevOps practices and tools.
o Excellent communication and training skills, able to explain complex concepts
clearly.
o Team player who can both lead initiatives and work collaboratively.
o Hands-on problem solver, not just a designer or architect
