Job Description

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will work in a Scrum environment and play a key role in the

technical development and quality of the company’s software solutions. You will collaborate closely with

multiple Scrum teams and contribute to the scalable evolution of critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Develop scalable and efficient Java-based features and applications.

• Maintain, support, and optimize existing applications in a complex IT environment.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in collaboration with other teams.

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable software delivery.

• Maintain technical documentation, architecture decisions, and development best practices.

• Deploy and release new software versions in an on-premises environment.

• Ensure compliance with Clean Code principles, SOLID principles, and security best practices.

• Mentor junior and medior developers while promoting knowledge sharing within the team.

• Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation after completing the required training.
