Introductie
We are looking for an experienced Solution Designer to design and document scalable,
secure and reusable technical solutions within a complex enterprise environment.
Organisatie
In this role, you will translate high-level solution designs into detailed technical designs,
support development and infrastructure teams, and ensure that solutions comply with
architectural, infrastructure and security standards.
Functie
• Review high-level solution designs created by the Solution Architect and provide
technical feedback.
• Produce detailed solution designs for development teams, infrastructure teams,
third-party vendors and other stakeholders.
• Identify technical solution components and design modular, reusable and flexible
architectures.
• Define hosting platform requirements for development, test and production
environments.
• Design interfaces and integrations between system components.
• Define the required security implementation.
• Design Disaster Recovery solutions where required.
• Produce technical design documentation, including:
o State transition diagrams
o Class diagrams
o Sequence diagrams
o Network connectivity diagrams
o Entity Relationship (ER) diagrams
• Design APIs following enterprise guidelines and industry best practices.
• Ensure solution implementations comply with technology, infrastructure and security
standards.
• Review non-functional test results and update solution designs where necessary.
• Participate in technical reviews and guide development teams.
• Support interfacing applications during solution discussions.
• Perform additional solution design activities where required.
Functie-eisen
Must Have
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Designer.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with microservices architecture.
• Demonstrable experience integrating SaaS solutions.
• Professional proficiency (C1) in spoken and written English.
• Availability to work on-site at least 2 days per week.
Nice to Have
• Strong Core Java proficiency (OOP, Collections, Streams and Exception Handling).
• Experience with Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, Maven or Gradle and testing
frameworks.
• Experience designing secure, reusable REST APIs following industry best practices.
