We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to help create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences

across a range of applications and websites. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding user

needs, conducting user research, designing high-quality interfaces, and ensuring an optimal user

experience throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Working closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, you will translate user insights into

practical and accessible interface designs while contributing to the continuous evolution of the

organization’s design system.

Your Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Participate in business and user needs analysis to define functional and UX requirements.

• Plan and conduct UX research activities, including interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability

testing, and other research methods.

• Support the recruitment and coordination of participants for user research.

• Translate research findings into user-centered design solutions.

• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, following a mobile-

first approach.

• Collaborate closely with business analysts and development teams to ensure the implemented

solution aligns with user expectations.

• Ensure all interface designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).

• Maintain and continuously improve the organization’s Design System.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams throughout the entire project

lifecycle.

Your Profile

Experience

• Proven experience as a UX Designer within digital product or application development.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects (portfolio is mandatory).

• Experience working throughout the complete UX process, from research to implementation.

• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary Agile teams.
