Introductie
As part of the evolution of business applications, we are looking for a UX Designer capable of designing simple, intuitive and accessible user experiences, in close collaboration with business, product and development teams.
Organisatie
• Analyse user and business needs.
• Design user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user testing and formulate recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and UX standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and development teams in an Agile environment.
• Integrate the framework provided by management, enterprise architects or business
analysts into the design.
Functie
Required Skills
• Proven experience in UX Design for web or business applications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban and sprint-based working.
• Excellent communication, listening and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, user-centred solutions.
• Experience creating personas, user journeys, user flows and prototypes.
• Experience conducting user testing and preparing evaluation reports.
• Strong experience with Figma.
• Strong experience with ZeroHeight.
• Knowledge of the public sector, particularly the employment sector, is an asset.

Interview
During the interview, candidates will be asked to:
• Present a UX prototype created with Figma.
• Present a project involving ZeroHeight.
• Explain their participation in a Design System project and their specific contribution.
• Explain their participation in a project aimed at achieving an accessibility standard and their specific contribution.
