Organisatie
As a Business Analyst within the Analyses Chapter, you will join a team of highly talented and
motivated analysts working in the domain of Operational Planning & Competencies.
You will primarily work on the ongoing ACTOR project, which aims to further digitalize and
optimize the management of qualifications and certifications for operational and other
personnel.
This project offers the opportunity to directly shape project outcomes and contribute to
delivering increasingly better services.

Conformity Criteria
• Available to work onsite in Brussels at least on Monday and one additional day per
week.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in qualification
management within the transport sector, including the definition and
implementation of Qualification Frameworks.
• Practical experience in at least one end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors
within an enterprise-level environment (1,000+ employees).
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in defining, structuring and prioritising
product backlogs in Jira/Confluence.
• As an analyst or project manager, you have implemented at least one HRIS system
from start to finish.
• Fluent (minimum CEFR C1) in English and either Dutch or French, combined with a
solid working knowledge (minimum CEFR B2) of the other national language.
Evaluation Criteria
For each evaluation criterion, your CV should clearly demonstrate relevant experience or knowledge through
one or more examples or projects. The more relevant experience or knowledge you can provide as evidence,
the stronger your CV will be evaluated.
• Demonstrated experience leading requirements elicitation workshops in multilingual
environments (Dutch, French and English). This experience should be clearly
evidenced in the CV and/or project references.
• Demonstrated experience independently analysing, structuring, reviewing and
prioritising business requirements from multiple stakeholders while ensuring
alignment with the overall business objectives. This experience should be evidenced
through relevant project references.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager coordinating business case
development, project scope definition and the alignment of transversal business
objectives. The relevance and complexity of this experience will be evaluated based
on the submitted CV.
• Demonstrated experience in a leading role during business change impacting 100+
employees within an enterprise-level environment. The level of responsibility and
project impact demonstrated in the CV will be evaluated.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a secure and controlled way to optimise
work processes, improve deliverable quality and increase efficiency. Relevant
examples of AI adoption and achieved outcomes should be provided.
