Introductie
As a SAP BW/BW4 Migration Analyst within the Data & Analytics team, you are responsible for analysing, optimising, migrating and supporting reporting solutions for various departments and support services, including Customer Services, Technics, HR, Finance, Strategy & Legal, Internal Audit and IT. You take on a combined coordinating role as Application Owner, Product Owner and Functional Analyst.
Functie
• Map and document reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Analyse the current (AS IS) reporting landscape and translate it into a future-oriented solution architecture (SAP BW4, Azure Synapse/Databricks, Datasphere, Power BI).
• Actively contribute to migration planning and act as SPOC between Business and IT.
• Regularly collaborate with stakeholders from different departments.
• Think cross-functionally about business processes and maintain a helicopter view to design end-to-end solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Validate reports and dashboards developed by internal or external developers.
• Document and keep all solutions up to date.
• Manage a team of developers (onshore/offshore) during migration projects and contribute to the execution where necessary.
• Ensure alignment with Enterprise, System and Solution Architects and safeguard architectural coherence.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of test scenarios, functional testing and data cleaning.
• Manage roadmaps and act as the point of contact for the applications, reports and dashboards under your responsibility.

Conformity Criteria
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Application Owner, Functional Analyst or Project Manager.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• In-depth knowledge of and experience with BI and reporting tools:
o SAP BW
o SAP BW/4HANA
o SAP Embedded Analytics
o SAP Datasphere
o Analysis for Office (AFO)
o Microsoft Power BI
• Relevant experience with migration projects from SAP BW to SAP BW/4 or to Azure BI solutions.
• Fluent communication in Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written:
o Dutch or French at native level or at least C level.
o The other language at least B2.
o English at least B2.
• Willingness to work up to 5 days per week onsite, depending on the requirements of the assignment.
Evaluation Criteria
• Demonstrable communication skills and a strong solution-delivery mindset.
• Demonstrable experience in structurally analysing and developing complex BI, reporting or migration solutions.
• Demonstrable experience in independently identifying, analysing and resolving functional or technical issues within BI, reporting or migration projects.
• Demonstrable experience in creating and maintaining documentation for specifications and processes or in a coordinating role involving offshore resources.
• Experience with stakeholder management, both horizontally across teams and departments and vertically with stakeholders at management level.
• Demonstrable understanding of Azure Enterprise BI architecture, including its products and services.
