As a Senior Full-Stack Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and

maintaining business-critical software applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders

and technical teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that support ongoing digital

transformation initiatives.

You contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from technical analysis and

implementation to testing, deployment and production support, while ensuring maintainability,

performance and compliance with development standards.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and challenge business requirements to fully understand functional needs and

translate them into technical solutions.

• Perform technical analysis and produce clear technical documentation for new

developments and enhancements.

• Design, develop and maintain backend and frontend applications following established

development standards and best practices.

• Implement new functionalities and resolve production issues while ensuring application

stability and performance.

• Participate in code reviews, testing activities and quality assurance processes.

• Support business users during testing phases and provide technical guidance when required.

• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and application defects.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of applications, development processes and

technical architecture.

• Participate actively in an Agile Scrum team and contribute to sprint planning, refinement,

reviews and retrospectives.

Required technical skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java software development.

• Strong expertise in Java 8+, including modern Java concepts and performance optimization.

• Extensive experience with:

o Spring Framework / Spring Boot

o Maven

o RESTful APIs

o Microservices architecture

• Good knowledge of:

o Git

o Jenkins

o Jira

• Experience working with relational databases such as:

o Oracle

o SQL

o DB2

• Experience using modern Java IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA or similar.

Front-end technologies

• Strong experience with recent versions of Angular.

• Experience with React is considered an asset.

• Good knowledge of:

o TypeScript

o HTML5

o OpenID Connect

• Experience with JSON Forms is a plus.
