For a large-scale IT transformation program, we are looking for an experienced Technical Transition

Coordinator.

In this role, you will play a key part in the renewal of a complex IT environment, including cloud, on-

premises infrastructure, networks, monitoring, and colocation. You will coordinate the transition of

systems, services, and responsibilities across teams and external partners.

You act as the central link between internal IT teams and vendors, ensuring a smooth and controlled

transition with a strong focus on service continuity, quality, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Transition Planning and Coordination

• Define and manage detailed transition plans, timelines, and checklists

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of technical teams and vendors

• Ensure alignment with scope, SLAs, and business objectives

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact for transition-related communication

• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and business stakeholders

• Organize status meetings and track progress

• Validate readiness before cut-over and handover

Knowledge Transfer

• Coordinate documentation handover, system access, and process walkthroughs

• Ensure critical knowledge is captured and shared

• Support training sessions during transition phases

Risk and Issue Management

• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies

• Track, escalate, and support resolution of issues

• Ensure contingency plans are in place

• Monitor and escalate blockers impacting timelines or service stability

Documentation and Compliance

• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and assets

• Ensure compliance with security and governance requirements

• Verify completeness of documentation before handover

Service Continuity

• Work closely with operations teams to avoid service disruptions

• Coordinate testing and validation after transition

• Monitor stability during early-life support

Profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on infrastructure

• Proven experience managing transitions between outsourcing partners

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud

• Experience managing complex workstreams with structured planning

• Familiarity with runbooks, SOPs, and configuration documentation

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset

Languages

• Fluent in Dutch or French

• Good command of English
