We are looking for an experienced Python Software Engineer to design, develop and
maintain conversational AI solutions.

In this role, you will combine business analysis, solution design and backend software
development to deliver secure, scalable and user-friendly AI solutions. You will work closely
with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the entire software
development lifecycle.
Functie
• Translate business requirements into conversational AI solutions.
• Perform business and functional analysis to understand user needs and design
intuitive solutions.
• Design, develop and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and
AI components.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable and
secure-by-design solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud services and existing applications.
• Develop custom functionality and high-code extensions using Python.
• Support the delivery, monitoring and continuous improvement of AI-powered
solutions.
• Understand functional designs and translate them into technical implementations.
• Create backend software designs and implementations.
• Develop program structures based on technical designs.
• Create and execute test cases.
• Update technical design documentation.
• Perform self and peer code reviews.
• Resolve incidents and software defects.
• Execute technical integration testing with interfacing applications.
