Introductie
We are looking for an experienced Solution Engineer – Scrum/Agile Delivery Master with a
strong Java cloud engineering background and extensive hands-on experience in Agile
software delivery.
Organisatie
This is a hands-on role combining solution engineering, software architecture, Agile delivery
and technical leadership within an experienced multidisciplinary team. We are not looking
for a pure Agile Coach, but for someone who actively contributes to designing,
implementing, coordinating and delivering software solutions.
Functie
• Design, develop, maintain and continuously improve software solutions within your
team.
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality software products.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts and business stakeholders.
• Guide the team in designing secure, robust and scalable solutions.
• Support application deployment and maintenance.
• Participate in all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily
Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Help prepare and maintain medium- and long-term release planning while managing
external dependencies.
• Continuously improve and share technical knowledge, tools and best practices.
• Analyse complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work proactively while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Must Have
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science from a recognised European
higher education institution.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience designing and developing APIs.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience developing and integrating microservices.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on Java SE experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Java SE 10+ experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum/Agile Delivery Master within
greenfield software projects involving APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture
and cloud technologies.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and systems
(event sourcing and event handling).
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Agile frameworks such as SAFe and
LeSS.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with software design (cloud, APIs,
microservices and eventing).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum/Agile Delivery Master in cloud-
native software projects.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience using Azure DevOps to manage Agile
software delivery.
• Ability to propose alternative solutions and make recommendations based on the
overall context.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuous learning mindset.
Nice to Have
• Knowledge of Behavioral Driven Design (BDD) or Domain Driven Design (DDD),
development and testing.
• Knowledge of Angular.
